A.P. Braintree is a young company. This means there are a couple of limitations on the options available to you for now:
- Work will be carried at our clients’ sites.
- Our clients will be primarily in Prague.
Though this will change in the future.
A.P. Braintree provides the following services to you:
- If you are coming from outside the EU, we take care of all the paperwork that can be processed in Prague. We will help to prepare documents to apply for visas, with your cooperation for domestic paperwork. If you have a spouse, children, we will organize this for the whole family too. If you are in a relationship, we will do what we possibly can to get your partner over if you choose.
- If you are relocating to the CZ, we will organize accommodation. This means you will be able to move straight into a flat in Prague.
- If you are relocating to the CZ with family, we will also help organize kindergartens, schools and the like.
- We will sort out finding doctors, dentists, medical insurance and more.
- Salaries are very competitive on the local market.
- We will provide ongoing support in any aspect of your domestic life should you require it. For example, we will help orchestrate legal and financial advice, and do our utmost to make sure it is free of charge where possible.
- We will help organize property purchases and mortgages for non-EU employees. As an A.P. Braintree employee, if you enjoy life in Prague, we can help you settle down or establish your base in the heart of Europe.
- We will help non-EU employees from specific countries get onto a fast-track long term residence programme, where you can get long-term residence in 1.5 year, as opposed to the usual 5 years.
- We determine and periodically review your personal development and training objectives and help you meet them. A.P. Braintree helps you get where you want to go.
- We encourage a knowledge sharing and mentoring program between staff members. We have regular meetings and sessions, and an online wiki and discussion forum where people are encouraged to share tips, tricks, experiences, problems and whatever else comes along they feel is interesting or useful.
